「LatteSteps（ラテステップス）」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

  1. 収集する情報について 本アプリは、ユーザーを個人として識別する情報（氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号など）を収集しません。 ユーザーが撮影または選択した写真、および記録した情報（練習日時・メモ・図柄）は、ユーザーの端末内に保存され、さらにユーザー自身のiCloud（Appleが提供するiCloud）に自動同期されます。これはApple製OSのiCloud同期を利用するもので、本アプリの運営者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、運営者がこのデータを閲覧・取得することはできません。 本アプリの利用にあたり、アカウント登録やログインは必要ありません。 カメラおよび写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、ユーザーが写真の撮影・選択を行う場合に限り、記録のための画像取得を目的として使用します。
  2. 利用目的 取得した写真・記録は、ラテアートの練習記録の保存、および成長の比較表示の目的にのみ使用します。
  3. 第三者提供について 本アプリは、ユーザーの写真や記録を第三者に提供することはありません。データはユーザー自身のiCloudに同期される場合がありますが、これはAppleが提供するユーザー自身の保存領域であり、運営者がアクセスできる第三者への提供ではありません。
  4. 広告・外部サービスについて 本アプリは、広告の配信およびアクセス解析ツールを使用していません。 将来、広告や外部サービスを導入する場合には、本ポリシーを更新し、その取り扱いについて明記します。
  5. App内課金について 本アプリには、買い切り型のApp内課金「LatteSteps Pro」があります。 購入手続きおよび決済は Apple（App Store）が行います。クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を、本アプリの運営者が取得・保存することはありません。 過去の購入を復元する機能は、同じApple IDに紐づく購入履歴に基づき Apple が提供する仕組みを利用するもので、運営者が個人を識別する情報を取得することはありません。
  6. セキュリティについて 本アプリは、データを端末内、およびユーザー自身のiCloudに保存します。iCloud上のデータはAppleのセキュリティによって保護され、運営者はアクセスできません。
  7. プライバシーポリシーの変更 本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合には、本ページにて告知します。

LatteSteps — Privacy Policy

“LatteSteps” (the “App”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

  1. Information We Collect The App does not collect information that personally identifies you (such as your name, email address, or phone number). Photos you take or select, and the information you record (practice date, notes, and design), are stored on your device and automatically synced to your own iCloud account (provided by Apple). This uses Apple’s built-in iCloud sync; the data is never sent to the developer’s servers, and the developer cannot view or access it. No account or sign-in is required to use the App. Access to the camera and photo library is used solely to obtain images for your records, and only when you choose to take or select a photo.
  2. Purpose of Use Photos and records are used only to save your latte art practice and to display comparisons of your progress.
  3. Disclosure to Third Parties The App does not provide your photos or records to any third party. Your data may sync to your own iCloud, but this is your personal storage provided by Apple and is not a disclosure the developer can access.
  4. Advertising and External Services The App does not serve advertising and does not use analytics tools. If advertising or external services are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to describe how they are handled.
  5. In-App Purchases The App offers a one-time in-app purchase, “LatteSteps Pro.” Purchases and payment processing are handled by Apple (the App Store). Payment details such as credit card numbers are never obtained or stored by the developer. The feature to restore a previous purchase relies on the mechanism provided by Apple based on the purchase history tied to your Apple ID; the developer does not obtain information that personally identifies you.
  6. Security The App stores data on your device and in your own iCloud. Data in iCloud is protected by Apple’s security, and the developer cannot access it.
  7. Changes to This Policy This policy may be updated as necessary. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
